In order to ensure the transportation safety of export dangerous goods and strengthen the inspection and supervision of export dangerous goods packaging, the code of export dangerous goods packaging production enterprises is adjusted. The packaging of dangerous goods for export shall bear the packing mark of dangerous goods prescribed by the United Nations, which shall include the code of the production enterprise. The Customs shall implement the code management of the export dangerous goods packaging production enterprises, and the code shall reflect the information of the customs directly under the region where the production enterprises are located. The production enterprise code consists of a capital English letter C(representing "Customs") and six Arabic numerals, the first two Arabic numerals represent the direct customs of the region where the enterprise is located (see the annex for the direct customs code table), and the last four Arabic numerals 0001-9999 represent the production enterprise. For example, in C230003, "23" represents the Nanjing Customs, and "0003" represents the enterprises in the customs area with the serial number of 0003 compiled by the Nanjing Customs. 3. Enterprises that have obtained the code before the release of this announcement can apply for the "Entry-Exit Cargo Packaging Performance Inspection Result Sheet" according to the original code before June 30, 2019, but need to complete the change of the code before June 30. From July 1, 2019, the Customs will no longer accept the application for packaging performance inspection of the original code. This announcement shall come into effect as of the date of promulgation.
